Answer:	Currently there is a 3% commision rate applied to the sales of Homes and 2% commission rate to Commercial Properties

Question:	Can you help us with financing our purchase?
Answer:	We cannot directly finance your purchase, but we do work with brokers who can possibly help you locate financing for your purchase.
